One student day

The app keeps the rhythm of your day

UniBot tracks the day, not the screens: it warns you before class, shows a new grade, reminds you about a deadline.

  1. 08:25

    Class starts in 5 minutes

A reminder before your first class, with the room number. Choose 5, 10 or 15 minutes ahead.

  2. 09:00

    Calculus · Room 412

Upper and lower weeks, class type and gaps between classes. Visible in the widget without opening the app.

  3. 12:40

    New grade: 18 points

Anything that changes in your journal arrives as a push. Grades, absences, exam results — no need to check manually.

  4. 14:10

    Absences: 3 of 12

When absences approach the limit, the app warns you. The exam cut-off threshold is always in view.

  5. 18:00

    Internship application closes today

The deadline for a role you saved. With Premium, new listings arrive 24 hours earlier.

Services

The app does the student math for you

No need to work out what your stipend will be, what you need to score on the exam, or which discount applies to you.

Stipend

Pulls your scores from the journal, works out the category and the amount. It accounts for the bank fee, so you see what actually lands on your card.

Əlaçı

Həvəsləndirici
160AZN / month
Adi
100AZN / month

Bachelor, state-funded. A score below 51 in any subject is kəsir — the stipend is lost entirely.

Discounts and cashback

Global and local offers tied to student status — software, education, food, transport and more. Cashback categories for the TələbəPlus card are listed separately.

Calculators

Three tools: the score you need on the exam, GPA weighted by credits, and a converter between the 100-point scale, letter grades and GPA 4.0.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which universities are supported?

The electronic journal currently works for UNEC, BSU, AzTU, ASOIU and AMU. Even if your university isn't listed, the rest of the app — stipend calculation, calculators, discounts, the handbook, lecturer reviews and internships — works in full.

Is UniBot free?

Yes. The electronic journal, schedule, grades, stipend calculation, discounts, calculators and the internship feed are free. Premium only removes ads and unlocks academic analytics with lecturer statistics.

Is my journal password safe?

Sign-in details are stored encrypted and used only to sync your journal. You can disconnect the journal at any time from your profile, which deletes the stored credentials.

How is the stipend calculated?

Semester scores are pulled from the journal automatically, and you can also enter them by hand. The app determines the category — əlaçı, həvəsləndirici or adi — and the amount, then accounts for the bank fee to show what reaches your card. A score below 51 in any subject counts as kəsir and the stipend is lost entirely.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone and Android. There's also a home-screen widget, export to your phone calendar and a Telegram bot, so you can check your schedule and grades without opening the app.

Are reviews moderated?

Yes. Every lecturer review is checked before it's published, which usually takes no more than a day. Reviews can be left anonymously, in which case your name isn't shown.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. There are instructions on the website too — your profile is permanently anonymised, and Premium, the electronic journal and Telegram are disconnected.
